Ellen Morgan CPR Award
Ellen Morgan has been instrumental in establishing and developing Skagit County’s CPR program for over 15 years.  She has been a regional faculty member and an Instructor Trainer of the American Heart Association.

She has taught many instructors over the years as well as many hundreds of citizens this lifesaving technique.  Ellen has worked tirelessly to insure that the highest standards have always been achieved and maintained.  It is due to Ellen’s dedication and devotion that Skagit County is recognized throughout the State as having one of the most successful programs in Washington.

It is in this sprit that the EMS Council has voted to establish the “Ellen Morgan CPR Award.”  This award is reserved for those individuals who have actually saved a life utilizing this technique Ellen has devoted so much of herself to promote.
