Moss Adams LLP
The Moss Adam LLP was asked by the Commission to develop a Management Plan including Standards applicable to the provision of emergency medical services in Skagit County, a financial plan (including the allocation of EMS levy funds) and a capital equipment replacement and facilities plan.  This was in response to the Board of County Commissioners who included this as a requirement in Ordinance #O20030003.  (September 2003)  Download now.
