Regional EMS Councils:
North Region EMS Trauma Care Council - Since 1990, North Region EMS has provided an integrated approach to emergency medical services and trauma care. When minutes count, the EMS system saves lives. North Region EMS is composed of representatives from Island, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish and Whatcom counties, and is one of eight designated EMS trauma system regions.

West Region EMS & Trauma Care Council, Inc. - West Region EMS & Trauma Care Council, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation empowered by legislative authority and Department of Health Administrative Code to plan, develop, and administer the EMS and trauma care system in the 4.5 counties that make up the Region: Grays Harbor, Lewis, N. Pacific, Pierce and Thurston.

Central Region EMS & Trauma Care Council - The Central Region EMS and Trauma Care Council is one of eight trauma planning and service regions established by the Washington Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Care Act of 1990. The Central Region consists of King County. It is the only single county region in the State and the most populated.

East Region EMS and Trauma Care Council - The East Region EMS and Trauma Care Council serves the following counties: Adams, Asotin, Ferry, Garfield, Lincoln, Pend Oreille, Spokane, Stevens, Whitman.

Northwest Region EMS and Trauma Care Council - The Northwest Region EMS and Trauma Care Council serves the EMS Professionals of Clallam, Jefferson, Kitsap and Mason Counties.

North Central Region EMS and Trauma Care Council - The North Central Regional EMS Trauma Care Council represents a region consisting of four counties in North Central Washington—Chelan, Okanogan, Douglas, and Grant counties.

South Central Region EMS and Trauma Care Council - The South Central Regional EMS Trauma Care Council represents a region consisting of six counties in South Central Washington—Kittitas, Yakima, Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla and Columbia counties.

Southwest Region EMS and Trauma Care Council - The Southwest Region of Washington State, with an area of 6,504 square miles, encompasses six counties: Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat, Skamania, Wahkiakum, and the southern part of Pacific County.

King County Medic One - King County Medic One is a public service organization, a critical link in the King County regional Emergency Medical Service system.

Pierce County Emergency Medical Services - Pierce County EMS is dedicated to promoting quality pre-hospital emergency patient care in Pierce County.

Thurston County Medic One - Thurston County Medic One is dedicated to providing efficient and effective pre-hospital emergency medical services throughout Thurston County.

Clark Regional Emergency Services Agency - Clark Regional Emergency Services Agency is a regional public safety service agency and provides 911 Public Safety Dispatching, Emergency Management, ambulance contract oversight for Emergency Medical Service, and regional governmental radio system operation and maintenance in portions of Clark County.

North Country Emergency Medical Service - North Country Emergency Medical Service, founded in 1976, is a public EMS agency operating in Northeast Clark County.

More than 450 coalitions in 17 countries bring together health and safety experts, educators, corporations, foundations, governments and volunteers to educate and protect families. Safe Kids Worldwide was founded in 1987 as the National Safe Kids Campaign, by Children's National Medical Center, with support from Johnson and Johnson.
