The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety released a report today on booster seat safety, deeming a number of booster seats as unsafe. This is a good study that reinforces what we as Safe Kids Skagit County in general and our child passenger safety technicians have been saying in particular: any car seat must fit a child and then must fit the vehicle in which that child rides.
