Texting and Driving Law In Effect June 10

Washington State will have a primary offense cell phone usage law in effect beginning June 10. Word is going out that drivers will have no excuse once that law goes into effect. Safe Kids Skagit County has endorsed this law as there are too many distractions that get in the way of safe driving. No one should be driving while on the phone unless they have a hands-free device.
